Thank you for shopping with JIOKULM. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges according to the following policy:

Return & Exchange Eligibility

You may return or exchange your purchase within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Non-returnable items: Gift cards, clearance sale items, and customized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

What’s Returnable?

Your water bottle should be unused, undamaged, and still in its original packaging. Customized or personalized items (like engraved names or custom designs) aren’t eligible for return, unless they arrive defective. If you’ve received a gift card, those are final sale.

How to Return or Exchange

Contact our customer service team at support@jiokulm.shop to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. Once we approve your return request, we will provide instructions on how to send back the product.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective or there was an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your water bottle is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and photos of the damage. We will either replace the product at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or an error was made with your order.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
