Refund & Return Policy

We aim for your utmost satisfaction with every purchase you make at Jiokulm Store. Get in touch with us if there's anything wrong with your order.

1. Return Conditions
You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it if:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition

You provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt)

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns on:

Used or damaged items

Custom-made or personalized products

Items returned after 14 days of delivery

3. How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email us at support@jiokulm.shop with the following:

Order number

Reason for return

Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)

You will receive return instructions along with the address to send it to.

4. Refunds
You will be notified via email as soon as we receive and inspect your returned item.

After 7 business days, you will get a refund to the PayPal account you used to make the initial purchase.

We have the right to refuse or partially refund the purchase if the product is found to be in an unacceptable condition.

5. Return Shipping
The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the wrong one.

For peace of mind, we advise utilizing a tracked shipment option.

Unless the return is a result of our mistake, you will not get your original shipping fee back (which is 4€).

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@jiokulm.shop

Include your order number and photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you
